Clinton Public Schools proudly announces Shelby Auletta as the recipient of the Classified Employee of the Year award for the 2022-’23 academic year. Auletta's exceptional dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the students and staff at Clinton Public Schools have earned her this well-deserved recognition. As the Classified Employee of the Year, Auletta was honored on May 23 at the annual staff reception, where she received well-deserved accolades for her outstanding service.

Shelby Auletta, a valued member of the Clinton Public School community, serves in the role of paraeducator, supporting multilingual learners across multiple grade levels, while working tirelessly to create high-quality student materials, and partnering with teachers with professionalism and dedication. Her passion for her work and her genuine concern for the well-being and success of students have made her an indispensable asset to the district.

Known for her compassionate and nurturing approach, Auletta has made a profound impact, especially on the lives of countless English-Language Learner students. She consistently strives to make sure all students have exactly what they need to be successful. She goes the extra mile to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that every student feels supported and valued.

Auletta's dedication to the Clinton community extends beyond the schools. She also chairs the mental health subcommittee of Partners in Community and is an active member of Clinton Human Services, Friends of Eliot, and the PTA.
