North Haven High School Closed by COVID Case
North Haven High School was closed on Oct. 23 due to a positive COVID-19 case in the building, according to the North Haven Athletics Facebook page.
The schools had moved from two-day in person classes to four-day in-person as of Oct. 13. That decision, made Oct. 8 by the Board of Education, was originally intended to return students to classes five days a week, but the desire to maintain Wednesdays as a deep cleaning day for facilities prevailed.
For the Oct. 23 closure, all athletic practices were canceled and all athletic contests postponed.
