Westbrook Council of Beaches Supports Eagle Projects

At the August Westbrook Council of Beaches meeting, two local eagle scout candidates from Troop 38 in Westbrook were each presented $200 checks of to defray the cost of materials for their eagle scout projects.

Joey Thomas installed a conduit at the Town Green so electricity can be easily accessed during the many events that occur there.

Eric Franco constructed a walkway over a wet area on the trail to Salt Island Overlook, located next to the Westbrook Post Office. Franco worked in conjunction with the Westbrook Garden Club.
