Board of Education Meetings

Board of Education meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the exception of July and August when only one meeting is held. The first meeting of each month consists of a regular agenda and includes opportunities for public input. These meetings are held at Guilford High School in the library beginning at 7:30 p.m. The board invites citizens to attend and welcomes dialogue regarding the schools and their educational programs.

The second meeting of each month is reserved for committee work and is held at our schools on a rotating basis.

The following is a list of the regular meetings for the Board of Education through January 2020:

Elementary Schools: Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 2 to 3 p.m.

Baldwin Middle School Orientation and Picnic: Grade 5 and new grade 6 students to Guilford—Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 2:15 to 3:45 p.m.

Adams Middle School: New student orientation—Friday, Aug. 23 from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Guilford High School: New student orientation for Grades 10, 11, and 12—Tuesday, Aug. 27 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.; Freshmen orientation (grade 9 only)—Tuesday, Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m.
