Madison and Killingworth Polling Info for Aug. 14 Party Primaries
Registered Democrats and Republicans can select their choices of candidates for several state races, including governor, in the Tuesday, Aug. 14 party primaries. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. New or unaffiliated voters may register as a Democrat or Republican by noon on Monday, Aug. 13 to vote in that party’s primary on Tuesday, Aug. 14.
Unaffiliated voters can’t vote in the primary, and it’s too late for those considering switching parties—the deadline for that was three months before the primary.
