EHHS Co-Op Marching Band Wins State Championship, Off to Nationals

The East Haven High School Co-Op Marching Band attended the USBands New England States Championship at Veterans Memorial Stadium in New Britain on Oct. 28. The band won both Connecticut State and New England Championships for their group, 2A. Their show was titled “Milestones.” There were a total of six bands that competed in their group. They won with a score of 91.725, and they won the following four out of five Caption Awards: Best Music, Best Visuals, Best Color Guard, and Best Percussion.

They will be competing at USBands A Class National Championships in Allentown, Pennsylvania, at which there will be a total of 15 Group 2A bands.
