VNA Community Healthcare of Guilford recently held its annual Breakfast in Bloom Fundraiser at the Woodwinds in Branford. The community event featured the presentation of the nonprofit agency’s 2017 Community Partner Awards. This year’s honorees were Senator Ted Kennedy, Jr. (D-12), Amy Graver of Elements Design in Branford, and Meteorologist Gil Simmons of WTNH.

All proceeds generated from the event support vital services of VNA Community Healthcare, from home healthcare to community wellness programs and its Family Caregiver Support Network. For more information about VNA Community Healthcare, call 203-458-4277 or visit www.connecticuthomecare.org.
