Congratulations, Westbrook High School Class of 2015
At 5 p.m. on June 22, 76 Westbrook High School students walked to the stage, each accompanied by a mentor teacher chosen from their time in Westbrook schools—a time that, about an hour later, would come to a close with the receipt of their diplomas.
Class of 2015 President Logan Stanley welcomed parents, relatives, and the students to open the 2015 commencement ceremony. He was followed by seniors Ryan Gosselin and Lydia Murphy and then by comments from Principal Tara Winch. The two top-ranked students in the class, Salutatorian Kaitlyn Luft and Valedictorian Seamus Ashburner, also addressed the assembly before Superintendent of Schools Pat Ciccone came to the podium to speak and award diplomas.
