Flanigan Recognized for 38 Years of Branford RTM Service

At the January 10 Branford Representative Town (RTM) meeting held via Zoom, former RTM Representative in the 5th District and RTM moderator, Dennis Flanigan, was recognized for his 38 years of service to the RTM.

The idea for the recognition and citation was initiated by RTM majority leader Tracy Everson (D, District 5) together with minority leader Victoria Verderame (R, District 4). First Selectman Jamie Cosgrove presented Flanigan with a Certificate of Distinguished Service in person at Town Hall on January 12.

Flanigan currently serves the town on the Veteran Parade Committee, Veterans Advisory Committee, and Fireworks Committee,and is a Branford Police Department crossing guard for the Police Department.
