Owner Gina Offner has opened Bell'Oliva, selling fine olive oils for skin care and gourmet use. Bell'Oliva offers tastings of olive oil and vinegar every day at any time and sells beauty products, organic teas, pasta sauces, vinegars, and a local skin care line.

When she decided to open up Bell'Oliva, she discovered that her great-grandmother had sold olive oil from her apartment in Brooklyn, New York. As part of her preparation to offer fine olive oils, Offner also took professional tasting courses in New York City.
