Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for June 6 and 7
Saturday, June 6
• A 15 year-old was arrested at 9:54 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree.
•A 17 year-old was arrested at 2:26 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree.
• A 47 year-old Middletown woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:30 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 21 year-old Waterford woman was issued a citation at 1:36 a.m. for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to obey a stop sign.
Sunday, June 7
• A 36 year-old Plantsville woman was arrested at 2:19 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 51 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 35 year-old man and a 23 year-old woman of the same Elm Street residence were arrested at 12:52 and 1:42 p.m. respectively. Each party was charged with breach of peace in the second degree under the domestic violence act.
• A 45 year-old Preston man was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing a bad check.
