Petite Piper Pursues Pleasant Person

Tiny Piper, or “Pipes,” is not right out front to greet people in her room at the shelter, but a friendly hand offered to her will bring her right out of her shell!

She is a tiny speckled tiger girl who is very sweet and gentle. She and her two feline housemates were abandoned in two carriers at the bottom of someone’s driveway with a note when their owner passed away. One of her companions was adopted last week, but she and her bonded friend, Lillian are still available. Piper would love a patient home where she can learn to love and trust again. To adopt Piper or any other cat or kitten, call the Forgotten Felines adoption line at 860-669-1347 or apply online at www.forgottenfelinesct.org.

Find Your Match at Forgotten Felines: Forgotten Felines holds open adoption events every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 153 Horse Hill Road, Westbrook. For more information, call the adoption line at 860-669-1347.

Forgotten Felines, which is run entirely by dedicated volunteers with no paid staff, is seeking volunteers who can spare two hours a week to help clean and care for the cats. To join the Forgotten Felines team, call the volunteer line at the number shown above.
