04/13/2022 12:00 AMLooking for a Covid vaccine, first, second or booster before your holiday gathering? Covid-19 vaccination clinics will be held Wednesday April 13 and Thursday April 14 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Branford's Canoe Brook Center located at 46 Church St.
The clinics are walk-in and offer Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Everyone ages 12 and up is eligible to get a booster (ages 12-17 can only receive Pfizer 5 months after second dose). Moderna/Pfizer booster recipients must have received second dose at least 5 months ago. Johnson & Johnson recipients should receive a Pfizer/Moderan dose 2 months after initial dose.
At the clinic, Branford residents can also request a free at-home Covid test kit. Test kits are limited to one box per adult (18+) living in the household with a maximum of two boxes per household on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Proof of residency is also required.
