A Spirited Celebration for 2022 at the Westbrook Library

To ensure everyone got to celebrate the new year, the Westbrook Public Library held Countdown to Noon on Dec. 31, 2021 in the children’s room. Children rang in the early arrival of 2022 by reading books, decorating a hat, and enjoying a balloon drop at noon.
