• A 38 year-old East Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and allowing a person under the age of 16 to drive without a learners permit.
• A 42 year-old man of Bradley Avenue was issued a citation at 3:08 a.m. for failure to obey a traffic control signal.
• An 80 year-old man of South Montowese Street was issued a citation at 6:57 p.m. for failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to obey a stop sign.
• A 67 year-old man of Montowese Street was issued a citation at 9:20 p.m. for failure to comply with handicapped parking regulations.

• A 64 year-old Stratford man was issued a citation at 9:48 a.m. for traveling unreasonably fast.

• A 54 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11:48 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 34 year-old man of Frank Street was issued a citation at 8:03 p.m. for traveling unreasonably fast.

• A 54 year-old man of Rogers Street was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
Sunday, Nov. 7
• A 54 year-old Norwalk man was arrested at 4:30 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Monday, Nov. 8
• A 62 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:59 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive upon the right, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway, driving the wrong way on a divided highway, and failure to display lights.
• A 25 year-old man of Matthew Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7 a.m. for failure to obey a stop sign.

Wednesday, Nov. 10
• A 41 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with robbery in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree. In custody he was charged with failure to appear in the first degree and failure to appear in the second degree on the strength of outstanding warrants.
• A 31 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on the strength of a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 36 year-old man of Hopson Avenue was arrested at 6:52 p.m. for breach of peace in the second degree, assault in the third degree, threatening in the second degree, strangulation/suffocation in the third degree, and two counts of disorderly conduct.

• A 36 year-old woman of Hamre Lane was arrested at 4:53 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree (by shoplifting).
• A 70 year-old man of Hamre Lane was arrested at 5:32 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree (by shoplifting).

• A 62 year-old man of Brookwood Drive was arrested at 12:32 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
• A 34 year-old man of Featherbed Lane was arrested at 4:45 p.m. and charged with criminal damage of property in the first degree.
Saturday, Nov. 13
• A 22 year-old man of Halls Point Road was arrested at 1:35 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
• A 49 year-old New Haven man was arrested at operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, three counts of illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.

• A 34 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree and forgery in the third degree.

• A 45 year-old woman of Turtle Bay Drive was arrested at 1:11 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 33 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:50 p.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, possession of burglary tools, criminal trespass in the first degree, criminal trespass in the third degree, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and violation of a standing criminal protective order.
• A 42 year-old West Haven man was issued a citation at 8:51 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
• A 74 year-old Guilford man was issued a citation at 8:51 a.m. for failure to maintain a reasonable distance apart.
• A 61 year-old East Haven man was issued a citation at 9:44 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 57 year-old man of Harbor City, California was issued a citation at 12:58 p.m. for traveling unreasonably fast.
