New Use for Old Clinton CVS?

The vacant site of the old CVS at 14 East Main Street is set for new action: An application has been filed with the land use office to turn the building into a veterinary hospital.

About 100 yards down East Main Street from the current CVS that opened in 2019, the location of the old pharmacy has sat vacant for the last 18 months. That could change soon thanks to an application filed in the land use office from applicant Doron Berger.

Berger’s application was filed on April 19 and proposes no new changes to the 8,800 square foot building. Instead, Berger is proposing turning the space into a veterinary hospital with grooming, day care, and boarding. The application is set to be received by the Planning & Zoning Commission at its virtual meeting at 7 p.m. on May 10.
