199 More to Go: First of 200 Planned Plantings Made in Madison

Local conservationists have an ambitious goal: planting 200 native trees, grasses, and other perennials ahead of Madison’s 200 year anniversary in 2026. Their first planting, a native dogwood, is now rooted in the pollinator garden at the Library Annex.
