Deep River Holds Heartfelt Market

Murray Newton makes his way down Main Street during the Heartfelt Market held in Downtown Deep River on Feb. 6. Those who attended the market collected a colored heart from participating businesses to create a wreath of hearts. No purchase was necessary, but if an item was purchased a percentage benefited the Deep River ambulance and fire departments. When people finished, the completed wreaths were taped up on the door of The Nest Coffee House and entered into a raffle sponsored by Anchor & Compass and the coffee house.
