Firebrand Anti-Racism Educator Jane Elliot Returning for Zoom Q&A Feb. 15

Nationally known anti-racism educator and creator of the Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes Experiment Jane Elliot returns to Branford for more discussion and a Q and A via Zoom Monday, Feb. 15, following overwhelming response to her Martin Luther King Day talk on January 18, hosted by the Martin Luther King Jr. Heritage Committee.Image Courtesy Martin Luther King Jr. Heritage Committee

Join us with the legendary Jane Elliott as she returns live to Branford via Zoom for a Q and A, on Mon. Feb. 15 from 12 p.m to 3 p.m.  Elliot, a nationally known anti-racism educator and creator of the Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes Experiment, was this year's keynote speaker during our Martin Luther King Jr. Day virtual event on January 18 and returns in February in honor of Black History Month.

The committee received overwhelmingly positive responses to Elliot's presentation, and we want to keep the momentum going!  Because so many participants were unable to get their questions answered, a Q & A will be hosted on Feb. 15 by CT News 8 anchor and celebrity, Keith Kountz. Elliott will provide answers to your questions and suggest strategies to empower our community.

First-time attendees who want to join the Feb. 15 event can purchase a ticket, $15, on the Eventgroove site here

As a thank-you for those who purchased a ticket in support of the Jan. 18 event, a one-time complimentary ticket is reserved for the Feb. 15 return event with Elliot. Previous ticket holders will be contacted via email to acquire their complimentary ticket.

"WHO IS JANE ELLIOTT?"
