Pretty Penguin Seeks a Warm Home

This Penguin is far north of the equator and is enjoying the warm sunshine at Forgotten Felines rather than the cold outdoors where she was abandoned. This lovely tuxedo girl is playful, likes to be petted, and will sit on a warm lap.

Like many cats, Penguin will let her human know when she is ready to move on to another activity, and will probably do best in a home with adults. To adopt Penguin or any other cat or kitten, call the Forgotten Felines adoption line at 860-669-1347 or apply online at www.forgottenfelinesct.org.

Find Your Match at Forgotten Felines: Forgotten Felines holds open adoption events every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 153 Horse Hill Road, Westbrook. Visitors should be prepared to wear a mask and follow guidelines for social distancing when inside the shelter. Adoption applications are accepted at that time. For more information, call the adoption line at 860-669-1347.

Forgotten Felines is seeking volunteers who can spare two hours a week to help clean and care for the cats. To join the Forgotten Felines team, call the volunteer line at the number shown above.
