FCC of Branford Holds Tolling of Bells for COVID-19 Victims

The First Congregational Church (FCC) of Branford held a Tolling of Bells on Nov. 1 for the victims of COVID-19. The bells rang out for the approximately 231,000 people who have died, as well as all those affected by the pandemic. The bells tolled for 15 minutes. A few people stopped to bear witness to the moment. Here, Priscilla Russo, a registered nurse, stood outside her car and listened to the bells toll.

The First Congregational Church of Branford Sunday, November 1st, at noon, held a Tolling of Bells for the victims who lost their lives due to COVID-19. The bells were ringing out for the approximately 231,000 people that have died as well for for the health care workers, grandparents, children, scientists, sanitation workers, journalists, ministers, congregants, and all those affected by the pandemic.
