Westbrook Splits Parties in 2020 Elections

Westbrook voters split their votes between major parties, generally favoring incumbents over challengers for local seats but lining up fairly strongly behind the Democratic presidential ticket of Biden/Harris.

Republican candidate for 23rd District state representative Westrbook Selectman John Hall II (R) made a strong showing in Westbrook, carrying 53 percent of the vote, though his numbers in Clinton and Killingworth appear to strongly favor Clinton Democrat Christine Goupil for that seat.
