Election 2020: North Haven Poll Information


Voting district 3-11

Voters heading to the polls in North Haven on Tuesday, Nov. 3 (or in advance by absentee ballot) will select their candidates for president and vice president, representative in Congress, state senator, state representative, and registrar of voters.

All voters are eligible to vote by absentee ballot for the 2020 election by checking the COVID-19 excuse on the application. Although absentee ballot applications have been mailed to every eligible voter, they are also available in English and Spanish at myvote.ct.gov/absentee. Voters can check their registration status at myvote.ct.gov/lookup.

Voting by mail is just one option. Voting in person is the other option, and town officials are doing everything they can to make sure it is safe. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.; absentee ballots can also be dropped in the secure drop box in front of Town Hall until 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.

Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The locations of polling places for the town’s six voting districts are:

• District 1: Mildred Wakely Recreation Center, 7 Linsley Street

• District 2: Montowese School, 145 Fitch Street

• District 3-11: Ridge Road School, 1341 Ridge Road

• District 3-34: Ridge Road School, 1341 Ridge Road

• District 4: Green Acres School, 146 Upper State Street

• District 5: Clintonville School, 456 Clintonville Road

Absentee ballots and Election Day Registration ballots will be counted at the centralized location of Memorial Town Hall, 18 Church Street, North Haven.
