Qi Gong/Tai Chi Classes Offered at Deep River Landing

Hedy Watrous led a group of early morning risers in a mix of Qi Gong and Tai Chi on June 25 at the Deep River Landing. Free classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 a.m.
