02/19/2020 11:01 PMThe community of Westbrook will honor Lewis Daniels this spring for his 40 years of exemplary service as Westbrook Public Library’s director. An open house celebration will be held on Sunday, April 26, between 3 and 5 p.m. at the Westbrook Elks Lodge at 142 Seaside Avenue. All are welcome.
Additionally, the spring issue of the Westbrook Events magazine will feature Daniels, whose collaborative efforts and commitment over the years have resulted in enduring and positive impacts for countless groups and individuals. The public is invited to write and send personal tributes regarding Daniels to jbrainerd@westbrookct.us before Tuesday, Feb. 25. Alternately, handwritten tributes may be turned in at the library, 61 Goodspeed Drive, where they will be submitted electronically.
