Volunteers from the Westbrook High School Eco-Adventures & Archaeology Club and National Audubon Menunkatuck Chapter worked with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, state Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, Rings End Lumber, Eversource, and local land owners to replace a damaged osprey nesting platform in a Westbrook salt marsh at the intersection of Pond Meadow and Old Clinton roads with a new, upgraded platform on Feb. 2.
