North Branford HS Hosts Annual SHED Writers Workshop

North Branford High School hosted the annual Shoreline Heads of English Departments (SHED) Writers Workshop once again. 

On Friday December 13, 120 students attended from the Shoreline Conference - students from North Branford, Coginchaug, Cromwell, East Hampton, Hale-Ray, Lyme-Old Lyme, Morgan, Old Saybrook, Valley and Westbrook. Students participated in workshops led by six local writers on fiction, poetry, songwriting, entertainment journalism, independent publishing, and overcoming writer's block.

Chelsea Dodds, a member of the NBHS English Department, once again organized the event.
