On Thursday, September 26, East Shore Region Adult and Continuing Education (ERACE) participated in a statewide No Excuses March for Education.

Hundreds of participants from adult education programs around the state took part in a rally encouraging individuals to go back to school, regardless of their age.

According to the Connecticut State Department of Education, one out of every 10 adult residents in the state do not have their high school diploma, and more than 120,000 residents are not fluent in English.

For more information about adult education in your community, please contact ERACE at (203) 488-5693 or visit our website at www.erace-adulted.org.
