10/09/2019 07:00 AMA historic site dedication on the Connecticut Freedom Trail took place on Oct. 6 at the former property of Judge Constance Baker Motley on Cedar Lake Road in Chester. The public, friends, and family turned out to celebrate the Chester Land Trust creating the seven-acre Judge Constance Baker Motley Preserve on land the Motley family once owned, which is now included on the Freedom Trail.
