09/12/2019 12:01 AMHome winemakers are invited to enter their wines for judging and a chance at prizes, plus helping fundraise, in the 19th annual North Haven Rotary Wine, Steins, and Roses Festival. Each year, hundreds of attendees and judges sample all wines submitted, and pick their winners. The event helps raise more than $25,000 for Greater New Haven charities and and includes wine, beer, food, raffles, and live music. The event is from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22, at Forget Me Not Flower Shop, 39 State Street, North Haven. Winemakers may contact Rotarian Kyle Swartz at Kyle.Swartz86@yahoo.com for entry forms.
