09/12/2019 12:01 AMThe transformation of the once-overgrown Kathy Brandt Memorial Garden by North Haven Garden Club member Bene’ Jablonski with help from Betty East took a few years of hard work. Jablonski and East plant, weed, feed, and water by hand (no hose is available) the garden and keep it in bloom from spring through fall. It is now a spectacular garden for all who study, work or visit the back of Ridge Road Elementary School to enjoy. The garden can be clearly seen and enjoyed from the school’s new playground .
