09/06/2019 12:00 AMThe North Branford Congregational Church will be offering its annual Vespers Service at Lake Gaillard, this Sunday, September 8, starting at 6:15 p.m.
Gates will open at 6 p.m., so "...our friends and neighbors can spend some quiet and prayerful time prior to our worship while enjoying the beautiful lake and all its surroundings," according to Pastor Vance Taylor.
"Our members really love worshipping outdoors in such a peaceful setting, marveling at all of God's creative work," he added. "We look forward to welcoming both newcomers and familiar faces to our Vespers, which simply means 'an evening service'. It's a great way to enjoy some quality time with God and with one another."
