Killingworth Republicans Go to Primary Sept. 10

Registered Republicans are invited to vote in the Tuesday, Sept. 10 primary to select candidates for first selectman, selectman, and Board of Finance.

Candidates for first selectman are Francesco Lulaj, who was endorsed by the Republican Town Committee, and challenger Robert P. Sassi.

Selectmen candidates are RTC-endorsed Eileen Blewett and Nancy Gorski and challenger John A. Sampieri.

Board of Finance candidates are Andrew J. O’Neill (RTC-endorsed) and Leo J. Bombalicki, Jr., John F. Psenicnik, and Marcella O. Sassi.

Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Killingworth Elementary School, 340 Route 81.
