5th Annual Mad Hatter Tea Party on July 26 in Deep River

The stone wall in front of the The Deep River Public Library is getting a facelift, thanks to the efforts of the fifth annual Mad Hatter Tea Party event from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 26. Tickets are $25 and available at the library, 150 Main Street; Celebrations, 161 Main Street; and Ashleigh’s Garden, 500 Main Street #4, Deep River.

The event will feature beer, wine, treats from local restaurants, teacup raffles, and music by The Butter Jones band. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the annual hat parade, where prizes will be awarded. Guests can grab a hat from the library’s clothesline collection, bring a favorite, or create something new for a chance at the prizes.
