06/20/2019 12:01 AMAmerican Legion Post 48 Commander Ron DeMartino recently presented Nicholas Antony, a graduating senior at Guilford High School, with a $1,000 scholarship. Antony was chosen from 11 applicants based on his essay answering the question “Why Honoring a Veteran is Important,” his academic achievements, and community and volunteer service. Antony will attend the University of Michigan in the fall.
