Karosas Named Branford Rotary May Student of the Month

Diana Karosas, daughter of Laima and Jonas Karosas, was named Branford Rotary Student of the Month for May 2019. Diana Karosas was nominated by her teachers Heather Persson and Tom Webster for excellence in mathematics. Karosas, a junior at Branford High School,is a member of the National Honor Society, Chemistry Club, volleyball team , and a recipient of the book award for the highest GPA in her sophomore year. Her career goal is to become a doctor.

The Branford Rotary Club, in its 91st year, is an organization of women and men representing a cross section of local business and professional leaders, living and/or employed in Branford who work on a variety of local and international projects to improve the quality of life in their home and world communities.
