Broker associate Ronald E. Mazzacane has joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty and will work out of its Guilford brokerage. Mazzacane was most recently broker and owner of Coldwell Banker Coast & Country in Guilford, which will close its doors as he makes the move to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

Rob Curry has been promoted to assistant manager of Pearce Real Estate. Curry has been with the company for five years and donates his time to several local committees within his community; Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, Board of Director of the Guilford Free Library, and the Housing for Economic Growth and Development Plan Committee in Guilford.

Tony Poccia has joined the Press/Cuozzo Realtors Commercial Services team. Poccia lives in Guilford with his wife, Toby, a special education teacher. They have three adult children. Poccia is a member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division and serves on its board of directors. He serves the following community organizations: ACES, New Haven Manufacturers’ Association, Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, and Family Centered Services of Connecticut.
