04/03/2019 09:41 AMA Charles Schwab office is under construction in Old Saybrook on the west side of Main Street across the parking lot from Denali. The new 2,040-square-foot building is the property of 75 Main Street, LLC, which is also the owner of the building in which Denali is located. The Charles Schwab office is expected to open this summer.
The location is part of a franchising initiative announced by the company in 2011 that will add franchises to the company’s more than 300 company-managed branches, according to a company spokesperson, Hibah Shariff.
