Jeffrey Elementary School Celebrates with a Spirit Day

Jeffrey Elementary School celebrated the last day of its week-long Dr. Seuss and Read Across America week on March 1 with a blue and gold spirit day. The day included a visit from the University of New Haven Pep Band that played for the students and answered questions at the end of the assembly. Here, Gyles Rosa shows the students how he lifts and moves the tuba.
