Here, Jeff Mastroianni of [chow] ladles out chili for Larry Hayden and Bradd Walker. This year’s winner was Fresh Salt, followed by Red House in second and Moodus BBQ in third. The Judges Award went to The Tea Kettle and Spirit of the Chili Fest honors went to Gladeview Health Care.
