12/12/2018 06:00 AMOld Saybrook held its annual Torchlight Parade on Main Street on Dec. 8. The parade featured more than 20 drum corps in period and holiday dress, and parade torch-bearers to light the night. Festive floats, the fire and town departments, and other marching units participated, as well. Here, cousins Kris and Frances Cuccier, one dressed as “nice” and one as “naughty,” marched with the Young Colonials.
