Tree and Menorah Lightings Bring Residents to North Haven Green

North Haven’s tree lighting and first night of Hanukkah menorah lighting took place on the Town Green on Dec. 2. Here, State Rep. Dave Yaccarino, First Selectman Michael Freda, Makayla Parese, and her parents Donna and Paul Parese all look on as she lights the tree. Makayla Parese was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma and is now in remission after completing five months of chemotherapy.
