11/26/2018 11:00 PMThe Westbrook Town Green will once again become a winter wonderland when the town celebrates its annual tree lighting and parade on Sunday, Dec. 2. The event, which runs from 2 to 4 p.m., returns with all the traditional favorites for families and is once again free.
After starting with the holiday parade at 2 p.m., festivities move to the green. Attendees can watch an ice carving demonstration, make s’mores around the bonfire, take a horse and carriage ride around the green, and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
As always, the evening ends with performances by local musicians, caroling, and the lighting of the tree. For more information, call 860-989-6591.
