Essex Ballot Information for the Nov. 6 Elections

Voters heading to the polls in Essex on Tuesday, Nov. 6 will be able to select their candidates for state offices as well as answer two ballot initiatives.

Profiles of all candidates who’ve chosen to participate are in our Online Voters Guide*, along with all the Courier’s elections coverage and political letters, can be found at www.zip06.com/election. Find an explanation of the two ballot initiatives below.

On Nov. 6 Essex polls open from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Town Hall, 29 West Avenue.

For more information, call the Registrars of Voters at 860-767-4340 ext. 142. Voter registration can be done online at www.essexct.gov/registrars-of-voters, where absentee ballots can also be downloaded.
