10/17/2018 07:00 AMThe Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center hosted the Eastern Connecticut Ballet for its Ballet Spooktacular on Oct. 13 and 14. Kids were encouraged to wear costumes and trick-or-treat throughout the theater, and there was a chance to meet the dancers and pose for photos.
