09/18/2018 12:00 AMThe Westbrook Council of Beaches will hosts its annual Candidates Forum in the Teresa Mulvey Municipal Center, 866 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, on Monday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. Candidates from the 33rd State Senate District and the 23rd and 35th State Assembly districts have been invited.
