Words by Jen is celebrating 25 years in business. It offers graphic design and creative services, including graphic design, copy writing/editorial services, publicity coordination, printing, web design, book design/publishing coordination, and marketing and creative consultations.

Jen Payne began Words by Jen in 1993.

“Our first clients included an artist, a fashion designer, a massage therapist, and a rock band called The Gravel Pit,” she said. “My good friend DeLinda Spain and I came up with the name over coffee at the Copper Kitchen on Chapel Street in New Haven.”
