08/16/2018 12:01 AMThe East Haven Rotary Club, now in its 80th year, recently hosted its annual dinner to honor this year’s recipients of their annual Joseph Buonome Memorial Public Safety Awards. The club recognized East Haven Firefighter Battalion Chief Eileen Parlato and the East Haven operators and support staff of the South Central Regional SWAT Team (sergeants Craig Michalowski, Anthony Rybaruk, Joseph Mulhern, and Benjamin DeCrosta; detectives Jeffrey Vailette and Joseph Finoia; and officers Luke Rasile and Joseph Carangelo).
The awards were presented at the Rotary’s annual Installation of Officers Dinner held at Anthony’s Ocean View in New Haven.
