McElhone Entertains Wounded Warriors at Camp LeJeune

Old Saybrook comedian Vincent McElhone was invited to headline the March 16 Comedy Night staged by the USO of North Carolina, Jacksonville Center at Camp LeJeune, where his son, Marine Corps Lance Corporal Brendan McElhone, is stationed.

Vincent McElhone, who has shared the stage with comedians including Brian Regan, Jim Gaffigan, Dam Irrera, and Denis Leary in venues including The Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, Caroline’s on Broadway, and Mohegan Sun, entertained approximately 350 Marines in the Wounded Warrior program. Brendan McElhone, a 2013 Old Saybrook High School graduate who played for the Rams’ baseball squad and captained the football team, was also invited to be in the audience.
