03/19/2018 12:00 AMEast Haven Police have arrested Cleisha Greene, 28, of East Haven following the fatal stabbing of Glenton Whyte, 27, of New Haven on March 17. Greene has been charged with manslaughter in the second degree and was held on a $250,000 bond.
According to East Haven Police Department Public Information Officer Lieutenant Joseph Murgo, police were dispatched to 32 Old Foxon Road, Foxon Woods Apartments at 12:44 a.m. on March 17 following the report of a male stab victim. Officers located Whyte, who was unresponsive and suffering from a stab wound; police reported a female party remained on the scene and that the incident appeared to be domestic related. Whyte was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where he later died of his injuries.
